Sales Management: DCB Bank

PESS was tasked with promoting DCB Savings Accounts, opening 4750 accounts in 6 months, and generating a minimum deposit of 75,000 TZS for each new account opened. PESS recruited 30 sales team spread across Dar es Salaam at major areas with population equipped with PA and fliers for the 180-day campaign.

Sales Management: Azuri Solar

Azuri Solar launched an updated model of their solar systems for rural areas in 2018. PESS was hired to manage all solar sales in Tanzania's southern and northern regions for the entire year.

Campaign Outcome:

Solar sales: 4811

Duration: 1 year

Sales Management: M-KOPA

M-KOPA was the most difficult project we had ever done in 2017, and we are proud that we were able to meet targets in Dar es salaam, Moro, Iringa, Mbeya and Sumbawanga while exceeding them by 12.5 percent. PESS hired over 40 sales representatives who were divided into four groups to cover all regions.

We have a large network of brilliant sales representatives, drivers, operators, and experienced specialists who are ready to add value to your business whenever you need it. We use advanced technology to monitor and evaluate performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, which we share with stakeholders. We have 36 stock moving vans, tracking tools such as car tracker, fuel tracker and staff tracker.

DSTV Tanzania:

We have 45 parmanent sales reps and 365 non parmanent sales reps.

KUA Solar:

We have 23 parmanent sales reps and 171 non- parmanent sales reps.

New Projects: Settlo, Smile Communcation & DSTV

We are excited to work with Settlo, Smile Communication to help them grow their sales and strengthen their distribution chains across Tanzania. With our advanced technology, we can easily monitor a sales team deployed, sales and workforce on the ground, and delivery reports across all managers assigned to the project.
